How do I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible! Because of this, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of order placement. Please email us immediately at support@miyoa.com with your order number and the requested change.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options.
Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
Our system only allows one discount code per order. Standard discount codes cannot be combined with automatic sales or clearance items unless explicitly stated.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3–5 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivers in 1–2 business days.
Please note: Processing time at our warehouse takes an additional 1–2 business days before your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
we only ship to morocco for now.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website at any time to check your order status.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you aren’t completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our [Returns Portal Link], enter your order number and zip code, and select the items you wish to return or exchange. You will be able to print a prepaid shipping label.
Returns for Refund: A standard shipping and handling fee of $[X.XX] will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Exchanges: Always free!
When will I get my refund?
Once your return package is received and inspected at our warehouse (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to post the transaction.
